Atmolytics Release Notes v3.05

Version 3.05 Latest Features and Functionality

This document describes the additions and changes in functionality to Atmolytics in version 3.05 of the software. This release note describes changes to Atmolytics since V3.04. For Atmoforms customers, this release is compatible with V3.05.

A note about terminology

Atmolytics enables organisations to set the terminology used in the application to what they are most familiar with. For example, one organisation’s patients, admissions and reports may be another organisation’s service users, involvements and explorations.

Your organisation might use different terminology in their implementation of Atmolytics. In these release notes, we’ve used the terminology patients, admissions/visits and reports throughout.

1 Installer Improvements

The validation phase of the installation has been improved to contain the following checks:

1.1 Not in maintenance mode

This check will ensure that the installer will not run if the website is currently in maintenance mode or about to go into maintenance mode. It will only run for upgrades (i.e. not clean installs or uninstalls).

1.2 Not running nightly job

This check ensures that the installer will not run if the nightly job is known to be currently running. It will only run for upgrades (i.e. not clean installs or uninstalls).

Additionally, logic has been added to the installation to prevent the nightly job from starting while installation is in progress. As above, this only works for upgrades.

Bug Fixes

ETL Patients deleted using the Atmoforms stored procedure (introduced in Atmoforms v3.05) are not removed from Atmolytics after an ETL run. Admissions deleted in Atmoforms were not being removed from Atmolytics. These records are now removed as expected.
Reports Data Export - Single file export report now runs as expected when applying filters to coding systems.
Reports Data Export - Single file export report now runs when including forms with a sub form.
