Events and Processes
The Events and Processes App enables you to define and explore your own performance indicators, including both locally-agreed standards or universal standards.
For example, you could produce an Events and Processes report to find the answers to the following questions:
- How soon after admission was the patient triaged
- After a treatment was identified as needed, how soon was the treatment given?
- Does performance vary by doctor, or team, or time of year?
- Has performance improved after a quality improvement intervention?
Below are a couple of sample sections of an Events and Processes report:
Its features allow you to:
- Set your own benchmark for any two events and see if it has been achieved.
- Explore variations in performance by time, location or doctor (or other role).
- Create subgroups of patients for whom the standard either was or was not met.
Identify outliers and explore why the standard was not met.
