The Scope filters in Cohort Discovery relate primarily to the clinical context in which the patient is seen. This could mean, for example, the hospital or clinic which they were involved with, the clinicians who worked with them, or the period of time during which their patient data was collected.

The Scope filters are divided into three sets of selections:

Filter by patient admission type and admission locations

Patients

Filter by named clinicians and pre-defined staff groups

Staff

Filter by a specified date range or a period of time
