Markdown support for guidance notes

As an assessor, when completing an activity in Care Partner, there are times when there is a lot of guidance text to read. This has previously appeared as a large blob of text and is often difficult to read/understand. Markdown formatting is now supported for guidance notes within forms. This will allow for the information to be presented in a more formatted way to help users digest the information presented and allow users to assess the patients more effectively and efficiently.

Guidance notes with markdown can only be applied to the following form line types: enumerated items (dropdowns), free text fields (small and large), numeric fields and headers within Builder.

Formatted guidance notes will for the most part display on the PDF export of the activity as well, with the exception of tables, which will be converted into list format.
