Restart a failed task

Click Restart Task to continue the Pathway. Select a date and time or select Use Current Date & Time.

The Task will open and you can continue to complete the Pathway.

Not all Tasks can be restarted. If the Pathway has been configured with Tasks that cannot be restarted, failing the Task will pause the Pathway timer and there will be no option to restart the Task. You will only have the option to Abandon Pathway and you can then create a new Pathway as needed.
