Resolved Issues in v2022.2
We have resolved a number of issues in v2022.2 which are detailed below:
v2022.2.4
Resolved the following issues:
- ‘Object reference not set to an instance of an object’ error resolved when assigning a role.
- Advanced search - searching on DOBs between 01/04 - 01/11 returned no results due to BST. This is now fixed.
- Ability to export the Audit to excel reinstated.
- Autosave fails with “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.” error when removing values from numeric fields when creating a form instance.
- Service User Identifier is configurable to the 3,3,4 format in the ‘Contacts’ dropdown.
- New setting in Management to configure maximum file attachment size.
- Bespoke ‘Chronology Report’ field showing incorrectly. Resolved to display ‘Shared’ and ‘Not Shared’.

Bespoke development:
- Export LTC extract to a network share folder.
- Integration to iGrow system.
v2022.2.3
Resolved the following issues:
- On the Adults DST export template, the narrative boxes did not increase to accommodate the amount of text entered on the form.
- Previously attachment size was controlled via a config file on the application server. A change has been made in this version to move this setting to the Management area.
v2022.2.2
Resolved the following issues:
- Other Personal Details form sections settings were not being retained in the Admin screens after upgrade.
- In the Management area, archiving alerts resulted in a Timeout error.

- DST fix to equality monitoring section where both the selected answer and ‘Any other mixed background, write below’ is ticked.

Additional date tags for word templates
- {currentShortDate} - The date the trigger was activated in the form “dd/mm/yyyy”
- {currentLongDate} - The date the trigger was activated in the form ”12 September 2022”
- {currentDateTime} - The date and time the trigger was activated in the form ”dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss”
- Error when trying to add in the CHC trigger in management has been resolved.
v2022.2
Permissions
We have resolved a few issues relating to permissions within the Care Partner application:
- Elevated Access user can no longer add Service Areas and Roles
- Elevated Access user can no longer create an Admin user
- Admin Access users can no longer change the password of Management Access users.
Validation issues
- We have resolved an issue which was preventing involvements from being closed for a service user who had no open forms.
- We have resolved an issue where dates of birth or death that were prior to the Daylight Saving Time (DST) being introduced were not displaying correctly.
Collapsible/Auto-fillable sections
- We have reworked the functionality for these settings and now the ‘Additional items’ will expand whenever the trigger question is answered.
- Resolved display issues where by items in a collapsible section were grouped together when a form was closed.
Radio button guidance
- Guidance for the radio buttons has been reformatted for better clarity when filling out a forms.
Admin settings
We have updated the guidance notes for the following items:
- Deletion time period - This has been expanded to make it clearer what this setting does:\ The allowed time period for the creator of an Activity, Care Plan or Care Plan Review to delete it.
- Enable Service User Identifier Formatting & Mandatory Service User Identifier settings have been updated so that they now use the terms set for ’identifier’ and ‘service user’ as set in the configurable terms section.
We have resolved a couple of further issues with the User Creation Wizard where by:
- Existing staff members were not being assigned
- Dropdown option lists were empty
Management settings
- We have added validation for unsupported file types when setting up a new trigger.
Updates to the CHC reporting
- The CHC PLDS report now reports on the patient identifier from the Registration Screen rather than the NHS number located in the Other Personal Details form.
External Penetration Testing
During June 2022 we undertook penetration testing by an external party to strength test the application. As a result of this, a number of tweaks were made to the application to strengthen our security.
NHS Continuing Healthcare Decision Support Tool (DST) export
There has been a fix to the DST export to resolve an issue where the Level of Need and Quality Monitoring data were not displaying on the export.
