Embedding External PDF Service into Care Partner Application 

In previous versions of Care Partner, generation of PDF exports from sections of the service user record or from forms made use of an externally-installed PDF generation service which needed to be installed separately from Care Partner and specifically configured for each Care Partner installation and upgrade. 

The PDF generation function has now been integrated into Care Partner itself - meaning it is no longer reliant on the availability and correct configuration of a separate service.

This will reduce the complexity and duration of Care Partner upgrades moving forwards - and minimise the potential for issues to arise due to incorrect configuration.

New version of the NHS Continuing Healthcare Decision Support Tool

Earlier this year, a new version of the Decision Support Tool was published for use from July 2022. We have recreated this to ensure that the export from Care Partner now reflects this updated template.
