Visibility of Centre of Care for Care Plans

Improvements have been made to ensure that the Centre of Care for all Care Plans (form-based and key item-based) is consistently shown within the ‘Summary’ and ‘Care Plan’ tabs of the Service User record.

The type of Care Plan (form-based or key item-based) is also now shown against each Care Plan.
