New Mandatory Question Types

Prior to Care Partner v2025, the only question types in an Activity/Assessment/Contact Record that could be set as mandatory for completion prior to form closure were drop-downs and radio button questions.

In v2025, this has been extended so that the following question types can also be made mandatory (which is achieved by ensuring the question has no ‘null’ answer options in Builder):

  • Text
  • Number/Currency
  • Date
  • Attachment
