Improvements to Staff, Centre of Care and Form Assignments

Improvements have been made to the Admin menus for assigning Staff Members, Centres of Care, and Forms:

1. On assignment screens, if no filter is applied, the ‘Assign all’ and ‘Unassign all’ functions work as before. But once a filter is applied, these functions change to ‘Assign filtered’ and ‘Unassign filtered’, so only the visible (filtered) items are assigned or unassigned.
2. When assigning Staff Members to Centres of Care, it’s now possible to assign and unassign multiple (or all) Staff Members as ‘Read Only’ at once, saving time.
