Improvements to Service User History Tab

The following changes have been made to improve the performance when opening the ‘History’ tab on a service user record:

• The ‘History’ tab will now automatically apply a filter showing only the most recent 30-day period during which system activity occurred for the selected service user, instead of loading all activity at once.
• The filter options will be expanded by default, clearly displaying the applied 30-day date range.
• An information bar has been added to indicate the full date range over which the service user has recorded system activity.
