Resolved Issues in v2023.2

We have resolved a number of issues in v2023.2 which are detailed below:

v2023.2

Worklist & Search

  • Worklist - Identifier did not highlight when filtering on the identifier
  • Advanced Search results did not sort when only first name was entered as search criteria 
  • Advanced Search results did not sort by column headers 

Management App

  • External Form Instance UI validation incorrect. This type of trigger does not require a letter template or a bespoke report template, however these fields were appearing in the UI and were marked as mandatory, resulting in a validation error.

Data Export

  • Added the additional ‘gender’ item to several places for consistency across the application (advanced search, bulk export spreadsheets)
  • Formulate data now appears on Bulk Print tool activities
  • Data export report within Atmolytics failed due to quotation marks within the form term text - this has now been resolved

Calendar

  • Group Calendar: ‘Create New Group Event’ screen, the Service Users selection box did not auto-grow as you added additional names
  • Group Calendar: Activity creation from recurring event within group calendar failed
  • Calendar PDF Export - Dates on the export differ from the view within the app for an event that spans 2 whole days
  • Calendar PDF Export - Calendar events that span 2 days only show the start day in the PDF export
  • Calendar - Calendar events created over daylight savings time are shifted backwards by 1 day
  • Calendar contact records create events with no titles 
  • Calendar PDF Export - Events that occur over multiple days across daylight savings time from midnight to midnight display the full end day on the PDF export

Activities

  • Sensitive data restriction padlock icon was incorrectly spaced

Other

  • History - Export trigger resource placeholder “{triggerName}” was shown in the History tab for a service user when a form was exported
  • Admin - Calendar event resource placeholder was shown in the Audit when an event was created from an activity when a service user was merged

Integrations

  • PAS - missing data for ‘title’ and ‘sex’ data items have been resolved

  • Bespoke development:

    • iGrow - Export failed when DateMeasured field not found
    • iGrow - Uncaught (in promise) o {message: ‘Request failed with status code 500’, name: ‘AxiosError’, code: ‘ERR_BAD_RESPONSE’, config: {…}, request: XMLHttpRequest, …}
