Closing a care plan without a review

An organisation can decide as part of their system configuration to allow a care plan to be closed without a review being completed. This configuration setting is enabled or disabled by your system administrator, and the settings are applied across your organisation. 

If it’s been made available to you, you will have the option to start a Care Plan Review as usual. However, you’ll also have the option to Close Care Plan. This will trigger a complete close of the Care Plan, setting the status to Closed Without Review and moving the Care Plan from the current list to the historical list in the same way it does when a Care Plan and Care Plan Review have been completed.
