Updating current workflow stage

Organisations can incorporate their existing processes and workflow into Care Partner. This could include, for example, approval and quality assurance stages. These stages are configured by your system administrator - and may be turned off in your system if not needed.

The example below shows you how to set a form to a particular stage (For example: Draft, Awaiting Approval and Approved).

On first starting an activity the first stage defaults to Stage One (or whatever this has been termed in your system).

Whether or not you can move the activity between stages whilst the activity is open or whilst it is closed depends on how things have been configured by your system administrator.

Use the Previous Stage and Next Stage buttons to move between stages.
