Resolved Issues in v2022.1

We have resolved a number of issues in v2022.1 which are detailed below:

2022.1.3 

Activities

  • The default filename convention for PDFs exported from forms has been updated to CarePartner_ID_xx_DDMMYY_yy (where xx is the Identifier of the service user, and yy is the unique identifier for the form instance)
  • Resolved design issue in the PDF modal window where profession was greyed out and not easily visible

Administrative Functions

  • Minor functionality and design fixes to the user creation wizard modal. 
  • Resolved an issue where audit record tabs displayed the wrong number of items

Calendar

  • Resolved an issue with Group Calendar displaying ‘page not found’ after BST began
  • Resolved a design issue where 15 minute appointments were misaligned 

Involvements

  • Resolved an issue caused by legacy Profiler data that was preventing involvements to close, however was not displaying the validation error. A fix has been put in to display the error.

Administrative Functions

  • Resolved some further visibility issues with the redesigned Admin screens

Activities

  • Resolved an issue where when a form containing repeating sections was exported to PDF, the repeating sections were not being included in the PDF document
  • Resolved some design and readability issues with the ‘generic’ PDF export of forms with a minor redesign of the template

NHS Continuing Healthcare

  • Further issue resolution with PLDS reporting as part of further testing phase

Management Area

  • Resolved an issue where not all fields were visible when viewing an existing ‘Bespoke Report Trigger’ in the Management app

Administrative Functions

  • Resolved an issue with incorrect default ordering of audit records and log records in Admin (descending rather than ascending)
  • Resolved an issue where audit records were not showing the ‘Additional details’ text as part of auditing the deletion of an Activity
  • Resolved an issue where an existing security access principle could not be updated with a new name/description
  • Resolved an issue where it was not possible to open/view an existing Care Group in Admin
  • Added two missing settings to the ‘Settings’ areas of Admin
  • Resolved some minor visibility issues with the redesigned Admin screens

Login

  • Resolved an issue where a misleading error message was sometimes returned after receiving a timeout during the login process

Activities

  • Resolved an issue where copied-forward default null answers would appear on an exported PDF of the form when the ‘Print answered questions only’ option has been used

NHS Continuing Healthcare

  • Various issues with PLDS reporting resolved as part of testing phase
  • Resolved a minor ordering issue with the Children and Young Person’s Decision Support Tool template’s custom PDF export

Activities

  • Resolved an issue with the visibility of file attachments which are not image files inside forms
  • Added a performance improvement which enables forms to open more quickly than previously
  • When deleting an Activity, the text field below ‘Reason for deleting’ will now say “Additional details” by default, but change to “Other reason” where ‘Other’ has been selected as the ‘Reason for deleting’
  • Resolved a display issue which was occurring in the situation where a form has a date field followed by a mandatory drop-down field
  • Resolved an issue where an autofillable section in a form did not autofill in the situation where it had a child question requiring manual entry with descendant questions
  • Resolved an issue where when a ‘trigger’ is activated from a form (for example exporting to a customer PDF template), the ‘Last triggered’ date and time was not being correctly retained in the database

Other Personal Details (OPD)

  • Resolved an issue where fields left blank when closing an instance of the OPD form were always being defaulted to ‘Not recorded’ - even when a different default null had been chosen when coding the OPD form in Builder
