Removing Contacts
To remove a contact from the patient’s record, click on the contact you want to remove. To the right of their name is a cross button.
Click on the cross and a pop-up box will appear asking if you want to remove the Contact and notifying you that the information will stay in Atmoforms as a historical contact.
Click Confirm and then you will be prompted to select a Reason for removing the contact. Select a reason and click Remove Contact.
The contact will no longer appear in the Current contacts view, click on the Historical button to view the removed contact.
