The Forms tab shows a list of all available forms that can be assigned to a Department.

The main features are:

  1. Import Form Definitions: Where new forms can be added to Atmoforms by an Administrator.
  2. Filter Forms: You can filter the forms list by part or all of the name or View ID.
  3. Print: To print a list of the imported form definitions.

4. Quick enable/disable help: The option to enable help guidance (if question / answer guidance exists) on ALL form definitions or disable help guidance on ALL form definitions.

5. Form filter: To view a list of all forms imported into Atmoforms click ALL. To view a list of forms with either help enabled or disabled click the Help Enabled / Help Disabled filters.

6. Pager: The list is grouped to show 15 forms at a time. You can use the arrows to go through the list.

7. Name: Click the header and the form list will sort alphabetically.

8. Type: Click the header and the form list will sort by form type.

9. View Id: Click the header and the list will sort by the View ID number.

10. Version: Click the header and the list will sort by form version number.

11. Show help: Help guidance linked to questions and/or answers on forms can be displayed to users or hidden. This button allows you to individually select the form definitions which help guidance (if applicable) should be shown.

12. Forms: Click any form name to see which Department the form has been assigned to.
