Finalising Overdue Forms

Finalising forms once they are complete and the Formulate calculation has been requested is integral to data accuracy within the Insights.

In the previous release we made improvements to the visibility of open forms, to encourage users to finalise forms where relevant.

To support the accuracy of the Insights in this release a script was developed which automatically closed overdue open forms - this was designed for organisations with a high number of historic open forms where manually finalising the forms would have been an onerous task. This script was run as a one-off activity in advance of this upgrade.
