Calculation changes
Within this version, there has been a change to how a calculation is requested and the associated screens.
A user can now request a calculation when filling in a form by clicking the ‘calculation’ side of the ‘form/calculation’ toggle:
Once the ‘calculation’ toggle has been switched, the following screen will be displayed:
From here, the user can click the blue ‘calculate’ button and the application will calculate the request.
The Estimated Budget details will then be displayed, along with any QA feedback, Allocation summary information and CHC Checklist indication (if relevant).
If this is the first calculation request, then no other information will be displayed. If there have been previous calculation requests, then a chart will display the Estimated Budget over time. More information on this can be found here
