Deactivating users

From the ‘Users’ tab, you can update existing users to mark them as inactive (where a user should no longer have access to the system).

Use the page navigation arrows to browse the full list of users, or use the filter box to search for a specific person. Click on their name to open their user record.

Click the ‘Actions’ menu at the top and choose ‘Deactivate User’ - a confirmation message will be presented at the top (“This User is inactive”) and the user will no longer be able to access the system.
