The first step of the wizard sets the package definition. Select the Atmolytics version for the package from the dropdown, and the number of data shards.

Data Shards

Shards spread the data load over multiple databases. Pick the number of data shards based on how large your dataset is/how many admissions there are.

Choose 1 for a small dataset, 2 or 4 for a midsize dataset or 8 for a large dataset.

information

Number of data shards cannot be changed when creating a delta package.

Depending on the Atmolytics version picked, 2 more options will apply:

Keep column names on remove generated

If you have a SQL database backup before applying a delta and you decide it needs to change, you can change the forms, restore the database and remove generated, update the forms in the package and generate again to get you back to a single delta point. The keep column names on remove generated option stops any text changes breaking your ETL (if you’ve made one at this point).

Connected to your Imosphere data entry solution

Select this option if your organisation is also using your Imosphere data entry solution to bring in form data to Atmolytics.
