Clinical Coding Systems

Select any Clinical Coding Systems to include in your package.

Coding Systems are used in Atmolytics in the Diagnosis & interventions tab when creating a cohort, and in several apps.

Many coding systems are currently supported.

Click Next. If you have selected any clinical coding systems, you will be asked to configure them on the next screen.

Configuring Coding Systems

Select the Coding System type form that is associated with each selected coding system.

Pick the default form detail from the form.

For diagnosis type coding systems (e.g ICD-10) pick the question and answer corresponding to the Primary Diagnosis.

Choose (if applicable) whether this coding system can be marked as acute, chronic, or both. An Acute assignment is attached to the admission whereas a Chronic assignment is attached to the patient.
