Ontology

The Ontology is a library of all FACEcodes created by or available to your organization.

Navigate here by using the Ontology tab in the main navigation bar.

Question List

The left-hand panel displays a list of all questions, and the right-hand panel shows information about selected questions, including the FACEcode.

Click Linked Forms to see a list of existing forms currently using the selected question. You can navigate to any of these forms from this screen.

Answer List

Use the toggle at the left of the Ontology screen to switch between question and answer lists.

The answer list contains all answer groups (used for drop-down lists), as well as units for numeric questions and null options.

Expand into answer groups to view answer options that are included (these options are what will be selectable within a drop-down list).
