Click Properties to view details about your current form.

Here you can view and edit the Form name, Display name, Form type and Key information that were set when creating the new form

Tags

You can add Tags to categorize your form. Click Add tag to bring up the Tags window. Either select an existing tag or create a new one. These can be configured for your organization.
