There are two different text options: single line or multiple line. These display slightly differently within your Imosphere data entry solution.

Drag one of the Text question answer type from the Toolbox into your form.

After selecting a question, you can Save or advance to Null options and then Line options.

Line Options

In line options, set a maximum character limit for text answers by using the Maximum answer length field.
